Barrel sample in Whisky Warehouse

  4:30 – 5:15

Tutored Whisky Tasting in pub Glen Breton Rare 10, Glen Breton Rare 10 – Ice Wine Finish and one other from west coast Scotland

  5:15 – 6:00

 Observe dinner preparations with Chef’s John Haines and Tracy Wallace

  7:00 – 9:00

 3 Course Dinner in dining room (Menu TBA, pending availability of local seasonal products)

  9:00 – 10:00

Ceilidh in pub with local entertainment


CULINARY WEEKEND MENU:

Salad of Goat Cheese, Baby Pears and dried Spanish Figs, macerated in 14 year old Glen Breton Rare seasoned with Jamaican sugar and dusted with walnut

Filet of Atlantic Salmon cured in 10 year old Glen Breton Rare and local Maple Sugar roasted on oak and misted with citrus.

Spiced Cream Cheese and Apple Struedel presented with a Glen Breton Ice Wine caramel sauce, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Pralines.


$100.00 per person, plus 13% HST, 15% Gratuity
