CULINARY WEEKEND MENU:
Salad of Goat Cheese, Baby Pears and
dried Spanish Figs, macerated in 14 year old Glen Breton Rare
seasoned with Jamaican sugar and dusted with walnut
Filet of Atlantic Salmon cured in 10
year old Glen Breton Rare and local Maple Sugar roasted on oak and
misted with citrus.
Spiced Cream Cheese and Apple Struedel
presented with a Glen Breton Ice Wine caramel sauce, Vanilla Bean
Ice Cream and Pralines.
$100.00 per person, plus 13% HST, 15%
