The Atlantic ... The best our local waters have to offer. In house hot smoked local salmon citrus aioli salad, lobster spring roll, homemade spicy seared tuna roll, and 2 maple whisky bacon wrapped sea scallops.  23

Reconstructed Caesar  ... Whole artisan romaine lettuce, tossed in our classic in-house roasted garlic Caesar dressing, savory croutons, topped with a pancetta fresh lemon wedge and parmesan shavings.   15

(GF) Post and Beam salad … Locally sourced mixed greens tossed with honey mustard herb emulsion, aged whisky cheddar, spiced pecan praline, semi dried Roma tomato and garden fresh English cucumber.   16

CalamariFritta … Hand cut calamari, marinated in basil buttermilk pesto, and lightly fried, served with whisky chilli jam atop of our classic Caesar.  18

Fresh Local Mussels … made with 1lb local mussels cooked in savory coconut curry broth with grilled Artisan pita.  16

(GF) An Oceanic Opus … Toasted black& white sesame seed with powdered nori crusted Atlantic salmon , served atop ribbons of seasonal vegetables,  grilled jumbo prawn, sea scallops and local mussels served in a lobster saffron broth   43

Linguine allo Scoglio ... Locally sourced fresh shucked lobster, scallops, and shrimp, cooked in a tomato tarragon cream sauce topped with imported Bella Lotta Parmesan.  32
