Mariners Chowder:  A maritime heartwarming bowl of locally sourced lobster, bay scallops cape north shucked mussels, Atlantic salmon, and baby clams in a delicate cream broth. 18

 

Drunken Scallops:  5 pan seared Digby scallops flambéed in our 10 yr old Glen Breton Rare..Nestled on a bed of sautéed cremini mushroom sauce.  26

 

Warehouse Salad:  A blend of locally sourced tender lettuce leaf tossed in our honey mustard emulsification. Garnished with carrot ribbons, paper thin radish, spiced pecan praline, whisky cave ripened cheddar and Mabou Ridge blueberries.  17

 

Sesame Seared Tuna: Black and white sesame crusted sushi grade Tuna loin drizzled with our wasabi and citrus soy vinaigrette and garnished with our property grown edible flowers. 29

 

Pico de Gallo Tapenade: Grilled artisan pita, with fresh cut Pico de Gallo and black kalmata olive tapenade. Topped with torched imported Grana Padano parmesan cheese. 18

The Land and Sea:  10oz. House cut  NY strip loin served with roasted garlic butter grilled Atlantic Lobster tail. Oven roasted baby red potatoes. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears, topped with a green Madagascar peppercorn Béarnaise sauce. 59

 

Grilled Free Range Chicken:   Char grilled supreme of chicken served with wild foraged mushroom demi glace, maple whisky bacon oven roasted brussel sprouts, and colcannon mashed potatoes. 38

 

Coastal Halibut:   Line caught Atlantic Halibut served on a caramelized root vegetable and pearl barley succotash, topped with locally sourced Opillio snow crab and whisky cream sauce.  48

 

Gillis’ Butchers Chop:  A generous hand cut whisky maple brined pork loin chop, grilled and topped with our moonshine  blueberry gastrique. Served with traditional colcannon mashed and baby hand peeled maple butter carrots. 35

 

The Ambassador:   Named for a vegetarian ambassador of all things that make us Glenora. Fresh herb potato rosti, stacked with mixed char-grilled seasonal vegetables, blistered heirloom tomatoes, char-grilled tofu and drizzled with our balsamic whisky molasses.. 31
