Calamari  Fritta… Freshly prepared tender calamari marinated in a buttermilk pesto and dredged in flour, lightly fried and served atop of our classic Caesar with sweet chili jam.  16

 

Caesar Salad…Crisp romaine, pancetta, fresh shaved parmesan, savory croutons and roasted garlic Caesar dressing.  11

 

Pub Salad…Our property greens, cherry tomatoes, whisky aged cheddar, pecan praline, tossed in our honey mustard emulsion.  12

 

Lobster Won-tonA maritime twist on an Asian classic. Oversized crispy wontons stuffed with lobster, shrimp and Asian spice, our whisky chili jam and mixed leaf salad.  18

Falafel & Black bean Burger...Our ingenious black bean and falafel, patty on a fresh artisan bun, sirracha avocado aioli, lettuce, tomato, and pickled red onion.  15

 

Distillers Burger…6 ounce char-grilled burger, made with island  grass fed beef. Served on grilled artisan bun, with chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, aged cheddar and our whisky infused bacon.  17

 

Kitchen Party braised pork taco…A local craft ale braised pulled pork and our famous whisky bbq sauce served in 3 grilled flour tortillas with shredded napa cabbage slaw, fresh cut pico de gallo and spicy avocado crème.   16

 

Opilio Krabby patty…Fresh Atlantic opilio crab lightly seasoned and dredged in panko. Served with pub salad and grilled pita.  19
